Refund Policy

Video generation runs on high-cost GPU infrastructure. Credit pack purchases are therefore generally non-refundable once credits from that purchase have been used.

If a generation fails because of a technical issue on our platform, the credits for that attempt are credited back to your XMAKU account balance automatically.

If you were charged in error or suspect a duplicate charge, email us within 7 days at support@xmaku.com so we can review your case.
